At Knyota Adventures, many of our products are made, prepared, or installed locally. Because our products range from shippable climbing components to fully custom adventure spaces, delivery methods and timelines vary by product.

Order Processing

In-stock products are prepared for shipment or pickup as quickly as possible. Estimated processing and delivery information will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Made-to-order and customized products require additional production time. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be shown on the product page or communicated with you after your order is placed.

Please note that production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by material availability, project complexity, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping

Products eligible for standard shipping will display available shipping options and costs at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Knyota Adventures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive confirmation before visiting to collect your order.

Local Delivery & Installation

Certain products may qualify for local delivery or professional installation within Ottawa and surrounding communities.

Delivery and installation availability, scheduling, and fees depend on your location, the product purchased, site conditions, and the scope of the project.

For larger installations, our team will contact you to coordinate scheduling and any site requirements before installation.

Climbing Panels & Larger Products

Some climbing panels, play components, and other oversized products may require specialized shipping, local delivery, or pickup due to their size and weight.

If additional arrangements are required for your order, our team will contact you before fulfillment.

Adventure Pergolas, Adventure Rooms & Custom Projects

Adventure Pergolas, Adventure Rooms, and other custom installations are not standard parcel shipments.

Delivery, fabrication, site preparation, and installation arrangements will be established as part of your project.

Project timelines vary depending on design complexity, materials, site conditions, permitting requirements where applicable, and installation scheduling.

Your project proposal or agreement may contain additional terms specific to your project. Where applicable, those project-specific terms will govern the delivery and installation of your custom project.

Shipping Outside the Ottawa Area

Some Knyota Adventures products may be available for shipping across Canada, while other products and installation services may only be available within our local service area.

If you're outside the Ottawa area and interested in a product or custom project, please contact us. We'll be happy to explore available options.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.
